My good friend Rachel, who is well-known throughout Mid-Missouri for her culinary genius, has just started a pie-related blog called pie(r)^2! Get it? Because pies are circular and that’s the formula for the area of a circle and her name starts with an R and it’s about pies? Ha!
Anyways, I mooch pie off her on a regular basis and she’s quite talented. I will probably beg her to open a restaurant with me one day because, let’s be honest, the field of journalism isn’t exactly booming right now.
