hello loyal followers, i just wanted to let all y’all know that i’m not dead, i have merely moved to a janky apartment at the corner of jank street and jank boulevard where i don’t have internet access. in order to get wifi, i have to make a treacherous journey of about 20 yards to campus, so obviously it has been a struggle. i am not even being sarcastic, because currently mid-missouri is being overtaken by cicadas and leaving my apartment is problematic. every 13 years these cicadas burrow out from underground, spawn, die, and their offspring burrow back into the ground for another 13 years. it’s awful, a cicada just now fell on top of my head.

anyways, basically the past few weeks i’ve been working for the tech department at my university, reading comic books, and also i met a nice gentleman. that’s right losers, my facebook was not hacked, i am actually in a ~*relationship*~. but thanks for thinking that the odds of my facebook getting hacked > the odds of me having a boyfriend.
in the fall i’m going to be working as a reporter/web content contributor for the university of missouri graduate school, which, among other things, will involve me reporting on graduate research and having to capitalize things. LAME!!!!! just kidding, i’m super excited.
i’m going to texas friday for my sister’s high school graduation, and she’s coming to columbia with me the following monday to visit this gem of a town. if any of my tejano followers want to hang out this weekend just ~*~text it~*~
